Take-up plunges as fear makes firms play safe

The take-up of office space in London, England, in the first quarter of 2001 has fallen 17% on that let during the last quarter of 2000. The effect of the slowdown on rental growth and take-up in various parts of London are discussed.

Leicester Square to go continental
