Frederick v. Glanton: now what?
Article Abstract:
Frederick won a sexual harassment suit against politician Glanton but the jury awarded her no damages. Much of the trial focused on whether Frederick had sex with Glanton although that may have not been relevant to her case. Media treatment of the case is discussed.
