Fret or fete? When terrorists attacked, it didn't take Philadelphians long to get back on the party circuit

Article Abstract:

Many parties due to take place in Philadelphia, PA, were cancelled following the terrorist attacks on Sep 11, 2001. However, by mid-Oct events were beginning to take place again and it seemed as if the real world had been forgotten again.
