Is Chester County the new Main Line?

Article Abstract:

Many people who feel that Main Line has become overpopulated are moving to Chester County. Many of the same amenities found in Main line, such as golf courses, good schools and restaurants are coming or are already available in Chester County. Families with the highest median income are moving into the county, and between the years of 1990 and 2000, 57,000 people moved in increasing the population 15 percent.
