Fisher Island, a 10-minute ferry ride from Miami, FL, is a private club for the very rich with no hotels, but rental villas and cottages are available. Celebrities and socialites stay in Mediterranean-style mansions and enjoy tennis courts, golf courses, swimming pools, restaurants and spas.
