Reinventing the veal

Article Abstract:

Tell Erhardt, best known as Chef Tell, was Philadelphia's first celebrity chef. He became a celebrity through regular appearances on local and national television shows and recently opened a new restaurant in Bucks County. Erhardt has been plagued with financial problems throughout his career, and also struggled with being pigeon-holed as the affable German cook viewers grew to love on TV.
