The campaign held for voters, John Street and Sam Katz, brought 90 percent of African American votes into Street's pocket and 90 percent of European American votes to Sam. Details of the election campaign and the efforts taken by the voters to present themselves best are discussed and is stated that skating would be banned in 'Love Park' if Sam wins.
