Philadelphians are skeptical of Jonathan Saidel's chance for a mayoralty seat. The city controller's reputation is being tainted by the collapse of Metrobank allegedly due to deceit and mismanagement. Though he enjoys Democrat's support, sceptics claim he may not make it in the 1999 polls.
