A blueprint for the rich

Article Abstract:

The UK's Urban Task Force, which is to issue guidelines on the revival of cities, must be aware that using private developers to undertake regeneration projects is not compatible with the construction of mixed housing. There is already a danger of this happening in Vauxhall, London, England.
