Allow us to introduce the first-ever television dramatist

Article Abstract:

It is possible to regard Wilkie Collins, who is best known for 'The Moonstone' and 'The Woman in White,' as a prototype television writer, even though he died 50 years before television was discovered. Kevin Elyot, who adapted 'The Moonstone' for a BBC dramatization at Christmas 1996, and David Price, who was responsible for scriptwriting 'The Woman in White' for a BBC dramatization at Christmas 1997, both feel that Collins creates an extremely visual world with elements of paranoia. His ideas are embedded into plots, rather than appearing to rest on the surface, as is the case with Charles Dickens.

Once upon a time in the west

Article Abstract:

Singer Willie Nelson spent many years in his early adult life drifting from job to job, and had his first real taste of the professional music business as a songwriter. His singing career took many years to become established, and he never really benefited from the large sums of money he then made. In the 1980s, he moved into film soundtracks and acting, but throughout his career has written songs at a rate of around one a week.

No artificial additives

Article Abstract:

Television presenters usually have an unusual characteristic which makes them appear ordinary. Patrick Moore has an ocular twitch, David Bellamy has a speech impediment and Magnus Pyke has uncontrollable limbs. These peculiarities endear presenters to viewers, although if they visited the viewer's home in person they would not appear natural. The main attribute for a successful programme is the enthusiasm of the presenter.
