And not a Mickey Mouse chef in sight

Article Abstract:

Disney's establishments have traditionally been associated with fast food and food aimed mainly at children. However, the company has been implementing a new food service policy since early 1996. It has attracted some leading chefs to its existing resort restaurants, and has opened a number of new restaurants. Thomas Belelieu, the company's head of table service, has formed a food and wine club based at Disney World in Florida, and considerable efforts are being made to attract older customers with more sophisticated tastes.
