An outcast, yes ... but a man?

Article Abstract:

It has been claimed recently by Michael Bloch, who worked under Maitre Suzanne Blum, the lawyer of the Duchess of Windsor and has written several books about the Duke and Duchess of Windsor, that the Duchess of Windsor was a victim of AIS, a condition which meant that she was born with the male XY chromosome, developed externally as a female but had no internal reproductive organs. This claim seems to be have been made simply in order to attract publicity, and Bloch cannot now expect to be taken seriously as a historian.
