Wising up to the particular needs of women

Article Abstract:

Women who undertake business trips often encounter more problems than male business travellers. They are worried about the safety aspects of travelling alone, and feel unable to visit bars or restaurants easily. More women are now seeking services such as confidential room number allocation, a 24-hour direct response line and a choice of room. In response, hotels are making efforts to be more accessible to women.
