The Campaign for Learning's Learning At Work Day initiative involved more than 40 companies in job swaps. The Campaign for Learning believes that job swaps can be extremely valuable in helping employees to gain an insight into the work of their colleagues. Job swaps must be carefully planned, with clear goals and constructive tasks. If this does not happen, then the person assuming a new role can feel unable to cope with a different set of responsibilities.
