Justice on trial: vigilante fears overshadow parole hearings for killers of James Bulger

Article Abstract:

Preparations for the release from a secure detention unit of Jon Venables and Robert Thompson, who murdered two-year-old James Bulger in 1993, are discussed. It seems inevitable that they will eventually be tracked down and exposed, even though they have been given new identities.

'Diana left her items with the man she trusted.'

Paul Burrell, former butler to the late Diana, Princess of Wales, has denied stealing 414 of her belongings. His solicitor claims that many of the items were entrusted to Burrell for safe-keeping.
