Ordinary people impose many conditions on the lives of their political leaders. This means that political ambition is often found only in those who are extremely driven or who are mentally unstable. It has become common for embarrassing revelations to be made about political leaders, and this could have the effect of deterring young people from entering politics. It is clear that politicians must be assessed critically, and some deserve to be regarded cynically. However, ordinary people should be aware that politicians are generally very devoted to their work.

Article Abstract:
It is important that any expression of nationalism is viewed with suspicion and investigated thoroughly. However, there is an argument in favour of constitutional change in the UK. Breaking up the UK into a set of separate but closely linked countries would be a much more accurate reflection of how these countries regard themselves and each other. This approach would eliminate the confusion between England and Britain and would allow Scotland to shift away from Anglophobia.
