William Sieghart, who co-founded Future Publishing with Neil Mendoza in 1990, feels that his talents lie in running the marketing and creative side of the business, while Mendoza is more able to focus on details, especially in relation to finance. He feels that they have created a feminine, sensual culture in which egos do not compete. Mendoza believes that they have developed a complex interweaving of their roles, with both of them only undertaking the work they really want to do.
