New solutions for cyberspace

Article Abstract:

New media design is becoming a significant trend in the UK, and companies involved in this sector are expanding rapidly. The Web is now producing design ideas, rather than taking ideas from elsewhere. Installation design has brought new technologies into the industry, and other new technologies, such as wireless application protocol, will have a further impact on the industry. There is a need for the new media industry to continue to evolve if it is to meet the needs of consumers and face up to competition.

Article Abstract:

There are valid reasons for suggesting that more emphasis should be placed on organic farming methods in the UK. However, there should not be a large scale shift in this direction. The main priority is to supply consumers with high quality, inexpensive food, and organic farming can only be part of a wider system which does this. Wholescale organic farming would make UK farmers uncompetitive and produce goods for which there is not sufficient demand.
