Article Abstract:

There are many challenges facing actors and actresses who have to step into a role at very short notice. Sudden changes in the cast can cause creative tension, but this can actually have a positive effect. However, the person stepping into a role must learn the part extremely quickly, possibly having to cancel other arrangements very quickly. Article Abstract:

They have strong links with Nashville, TN, but their fifth album, 'Trampoline,' indicates that they are moving in new directions. A string orchestra introduces a western swing sound, and the album also features the four-piece Havana Horns, giving it a strongly Hispanic flavour. Indeed, Malo, the creative force behind the band, is the son of immigrants from Cuba.

Maybe now, maybe later, maybe never

Article Abstract:

It has taken 14 years to reach the stage of actually broadcasting the screenplay version of Peter Flannery's 'Our Friends in the North.' It has been a complicated process with many dramatic twists and turns. However, this case is in fact not particularly unusual, and is common for projects to make very little progress for some time. This was the case, for example, with Andrew Davies' screenplay of 'Pride and Prejudice.'
