Schoolboy found guilty of tourist gang-rape

Article Abstract:

A police investigation into the rape of an Austrian tourist in London, England, has proved successful mainly because security camera pictures gave details of events which took place shortly before the attack. Of the eight teenage members of the gang which was responsible for the attack, seven pleaded guilty. The eighth claimed that he had just watched the others, taking no active part in the attack. He has now been found guilty, and will be sentenced shortly along with six of the other defendants.

'This man was freed from prison after three years and began again with the little girls.' (bodies of two girls found in garden of convicted rapist Marc Dutroux in Belgium)

Article Abstract:

There has been a great public outcry in Belgium following the discovery of the bodies of two eight-year-old girls in the garden of convicted rapist Marc Dutroux in Sars-la-Buissiere, Belgium. There is particular concern that he was released from jail after serving only three years of a 13-year sentence for rape. There are now fears that another six children missing in Belgium since 1989 may have fallen victim to paedophiles.
