Blair: Do not stand in our way

Article Abstract:

Afghanistan's Taliban regime must hand over Osama bin Laden, the prime suspect in the terrorist attacks in the US, and close down terrorist training camps if it is to avoid military strikes by the Allies, according to UK Prime Minister Tony Blair. He stressed that military action would target the regime, not ordinary Afghans.
