Article Abstract:

The court battle for the custody of US actress Mia Farrow's and US film director Woody Allen's children begins on Aug 24 1992. Farrow sees motherhood as her main aim in life. Farrow married Frank Sinatra in 1966; he was 30 years older than her. They divorced in 1968. During her second marriage to Andre Previn Farrow had 3 children and adopted 3 Korean children. When she divorced Previn in 1979 Farrow was forced to act again to support her family and met Woody Allen. In 1992 Farrow discovered that Allen was having a relationship with her adopted Korean-born daughter Soon-Yi.

Article Abstract:

Actress and songwriter tells of her experience of taking an overdose at the age of 18. She had just been expelled from her convent school, and feared that her parents would put a stop to her plans to study music in Dublin, Ireland. Taking an overdose was a very significant event in her life, making her realise that she could do what she wanted. She stood firm against her parents, and worked extremely hard to gain admission to university. She then spent three years at drama school.

What became of the broken-hearted

Article Abstract:

Marlon Brando was once a highly respected film star, but in recent years his personal problems have attracted more public attention than his acting. His recent films have been of a much lower quanlity than his earlier ones, and he has suffered a series of personal tragedies. These include the suicide of his daughter Cheyenne.
