Plan may not be working, says Nato

Article Abstract:

There is growing concern that Nato air strikes against Yugoslavia are not proving effective in protecting ethnic Albanians in Kosovo, Yugoslavia. Serb anti-aircraft defences have suffered only minimal damage, and the US Air Force is now running short of cruise missiles. Nato is now extending its air strikes north of the 44th parallel, and will now attack political and military targets in Belgrade, Yugoslavia. It is uncertain what Nato will do if this strategy does not work.
