'Tis the season to feel guilty ... and there's no way out

Article Abstract:

The many rituals and social nuances associated with the giving and receiving of Christmas cards can be a source of considerable guilt for some people. Parents who have not assisted their children in making Christmas cards for their friends may feel guilty about their apparently inadequate parenting skills. Those who have failed to send Christmas cards on time may feel guilty about being disorganized, while there is also guilt attached to receiving a card from someone to whom you have not sent one.

Sadly for Mr Blair the copyright he craves has already been claimed

Article Abstract:

UK Prime Minister Tony Blair has been keen to present the Millennium Dome as a forward-looking project. However, the showmanship connected with this project is very Victorian in tone, even though the exhibits are intended to be futuristic. Indeed, it can be argued that there are clear links between many of the exhibits and London, England, in Victorian times. Following the Victorian social model may not necessarily be a bad thing for the UK as it enters the 21st century.

Blair visit to India and Pakistan on the cards

Article Abstract:

It is believed that the UK Foreign Office has held talks with the High Commissions in India and Pakistan to ascertain when it would be suitable for Prime Minister Tony Blair to visit. It is known that Blair wishes to reduce the tension between India and Pakistan, although it is not certain whether a visit would include any diplomatic initiatives. He is particularly keen to see a resolution of the conflict in Kashmir, which is currently two-thirds held by India.
