UK: NETSTORE REVEALS FLOTATION DETAILS

Article Abstract:

Netstore plans to float on 19 April 2000 at GB[pound] 1.50 per share, valuing the UK-based applications service provider (ASP) at GB[pound] 133mn. The valuation is GB[pound] 77mn down on the figure quoted on 6 March 2000 when the flotation was disclosed and the reduction is regarded as a sign of the more discerning approach being taken by fund managers to technology flotations. Netstore, which has an alliance with Microsoft, hosts software using its servers, eradicating the requirement to equip desktop personal computers with software.
