Well, Brian, you can't afford bad interactivity at this level

Article Abstract:

Interactive soccer is available from Sky TV which has launched this service at the British soccer match, Arsenal vs Manchester United. Soccer fans are loyal and can easily be manipulated. There is a complex remote control, and the first attempt at using it made the screen go blank. It is difficult to follow the soccer match and deal with the remote control. The device allows replays and angles to be viewed, and can upset the viewer's concentration. It is simpler to allow the director to do the work, rather than having to do it oneself.
