What did Bill and Tony argue about?

Article Abstract:

Reports about an argument between President Bill Clinton and UK Prime Minister Tony Blair raise wider questions about the state of Anglo-American relations, particularly in relation to military action in Kosovo, Yugoslavia. Both countries agree that the bombing campaign must continue until President Slobodan Milosevic has begun to accede to Nato's requests. The key area of conflict between the UK and the US seems to be the difference between a totally peaceful entry into Kosovo and entry when Serb resistance has been reduced to the point where it is no longer effective.
