Why the right is not beating the patriotic drum for war

Article Abstract:

It is important to consider why there are very mixed views in the UK about Nato military action against Serbia. This situation contrasts very strikingly with the strong support for the Falklands war. Prime Minister Tony Blair seems to believe that criticism of Nato military action against Serbia derives from the fact that the governments pursuing this action are from the centre left. It is certainly true that the most extreme critics of Nato military action in the UK have tended to be on the right.
