A model for evaluating organization performance with application to a non-profit R&D organization

Article Abstract:

A general model for evaluating and assessing the performance of an organization has been devised through a chosen assessment criteria. The findings gathered utilizing the said model may present grounds and tools for suitable management decisions and efforts to improve the quality and efficiency of the organization. The model was also effectively carried out on an research and development organization and found that it can also be applied to other types of organizations provided assessment criteria are correctly chosen.

A management model for technology and R&D selection

A management model for technology and research and development selection based on Multi-perspective Decision Support Analysis has been developed in an attempt to help top and middle management in choosing proposed technologies as well as research endeavors.
