BMB con.: collaborative experiences with sound, image and space

A description is presented on the various noises used by the performance group BMB con. to create musical experiences, along with acoustic considerations involved in choosing a performance venue. Topics include collaboration, innovation, improvisation, accidental incidents and the nature of unpredictability in artistic creation.

Transition of an instrument: the aeo sound performance project

Article Abstract:

The sound performance instrument aeo consists of the patterns of sound and light produced by the motions of the performer and its transition over four iterations is presented.
