Influence of pH and other modifying factors on the distribution behavior of 4-quinolones to solid phases and humic acids studied by "negligible-depletion" SPME-HPLC

Article Abstract:

This was used used to examine the effects of pH on the distribution behavior between buffer solutions and Aldrich humic acids of 4-auinolone antimicrobials. The study is broken down into an introduction, a discussion of theoretical considerations, and a discussion of the experiment itself and its results. The article is accompanied by various tables and charts.

In this study, disposable solid-phase microextraction fibers were used to sense dissolved sediment porewater concentrations of persistent and bioaccumulative pollutants.
