Counting the pyramid builders

Article Abstract:

The computation developed by amateur Egyptologist Stuart Kirland Weir arrived at the estimated workforce needed to erect Khufu's pyramid. The computation assumed the duration of construction and energy output of workers which was multiplied with the energy needed to lift the blocks into place.
