A neural network software by Aptex Software is used to target individual customers in Internet advertising. SelectCast can make ad profiles that showed what type of users tend to click on particular ads. It also does not depend on personal registration for data.

Teamwork and improved communication between the pilot, co-pilot and flight engineer is necessary to prevent aviation accidents. Teamwork can be improved by providing adequate training for the flight crew on crew resource management.
