Denver opens water-recycling plant amid severe drought

Article Abstract:

Denver Water's recent entry into the field of reusing water activity is expected to significantly add to efforts to conserve water supplies in the increasingly thirsty state. The utility opened a 30 mgd water reuse plant and plans to expand the facility's capacity.
