Science magazine expands its Science On-Line service (www.sciencemag.org), with the additional of full-text for all Research Articles and Reports, beginning Sep 1996. Hypertext links to cited articles will be available. Science becomes available in a timely fashion to researchers worldwide.

The Koshland years - a decade of progress

Koshland has greatly improved Science in his ten years as editor. He accelerated the review process while maintaining the high quality and relevance of research reported. Other advancements include 'This Week in science' and internationalization of the journal's scope.
