Innovation, mission statements and learning

Article Abstract:

Increased global competition means that only those companies that are innovative have the potential to survive in the market, and hence it is highly imperative for companies to adapt changes. More than three hundred companies were surveyed to find out the links between their innovativeness, mission statement and employee commitment, where results suggested different practices company executives need to follow to increase growth.

Research on marketing in emerging firms: key issues and open questions

Firms in many industries, derive their initial strength from R&D capabilities and the resulting innovations. Abduction for creativity

Article Abstract:

The importance of abduction as a thought process for creative management, and Research and Development in an enterprise is discussed. Abduction involves determining objectives that must be attained before one can fulfill his aim and then making use of several hypothetical methods for attaining the objective.
