Planning and building the infrastructure for technological entrepreneurship

Article Abstract:

Communities encounter economic problems when their supply of wealth is depleted. Some communities turn to technology to improve economic conditions. Communities can establish technology-intensive companies with the aid of other government and organizations in better situations to assist in restructuring their economy. However, if technology is mismanaged or given too much emphasis, it can further worsen the economy.
