Resilient modulus of cohesive soils

Article Abstract:

Authors Woojin Lee, N.C. Bohra, A.G. Altschaeffl, and T.D. White have presented very interesting associations between resilient modulus values and unconfined compression strength for cohesive soils. As resilient modulus is one of the crucial parameters in the design of pavement subgrade, there are a number of concerns that the authors need to elucidate to make better use of the results derived from their study. These concerns are discussed.
