The home advantage

Article Abstract:

This article examines the merits of working from home in terms of productivity and job satisfaction. Benefits like avoidance of commute and monetary gain for the employees and mitigation of tight labor market and expensive office space situation for the employers are discussed. Management issues of the programs are also addressed.
