Unsettled scores: Has the black-white IQ gap narrowed?

Article Abstract:

The influence of education, health, genetic and other environmental factors on the differences found in the intelligence quotient (IQ) of the African-Americans and Americans are discussed. Many researchers believe that the genetic differences by race are not very important as genes interact with the environment and hence the gap in IQ would remain under any environmental influence.
