Persons over 50 years old have a better sex life than when they were 30 or 40 years old. The sex life of younger persons are strained by the pressures of work and child rearing. When children are no longer being cared for and work stress disappear the sex life improves.

Middle aged persons do not have to force themselves to take up resolutions if they feel that such an undertaking will not make them lead happy lives. Individuals can adopt such resolutions only if they feel good after doing it.
