Patterns of resource allocation are reliable among younger and older readers

Article Abstract:

Research describing the ability to comprehend and remember reading material in younger and older adults is presented. It is concluded that individual variation in ability is more significant than age related ability.

The influence of expertise and task factors on age differences in pilot communication

Research describing age differences in a simulated communication task between pilot and air traffic control is presented. In particular the effects of experience on age differences is examined.
