Addictive and multiplicative effects in a fixed 2 * 2 design using ANOVA can be difficult to differentiate: Demonstration and mathematical reasons

Article Abstract:

Values of a dependent variable are created with linear construction formulae, with or without a product team to study as to whether ANOVA is fit to detect interaction in a fixed 2 * 2 design. The results recommend abandoning the fixed ANOVA model for the study of interaction effects and using a regression model to assess level values of each variable instead.

Why are technological spillovers spatially bounded? a market orientated approach

Article Abstract:

Firms are induced to locate in close proximity to endogenize technologically spillovers that are spatially bound. Analysis has important implications for regional policy, which points out that spatial proximity and tough competition prevents free-riding for firm in case of knowledge sharing.
