An examination of attributions and emotions in the transactional approach to the organizational stress process

Article Abstract:

The transactional stress process framework developed by Lazarus was evaluated to determine its efficiency as a research tool. Results indicate that two employee who are confronted with identical potential stressor may not necessarily react the same way with the other.
