Dynamic systems and organizational decision-making processes in nonprofits

Article Abstract:

Social purpose organization (SPOs), a nonprofit organizations that fulfill their social missions by seeking revenue from traditional business activities is described. The modeling process may facilitate organizational learning as leaders use the insight gained from adopting a system approach to make effective strategic decisions.

Appreciative inquiry and creative problem solving in cross-functional teams

Article Abstract:

Study was conducted to assess the effects of appreciative inquiry (AI) and creative problem solving (CPS) interventions in newly formed, time-limited, cross-functional teams. Findings supported AI as a more effective intervention with which to enhance posttask group potency and group identification.

Strengthening organizational change processes: recommendations and implications from a multilevel analysis

This article provides a comprehensive process model regarding organizational change. The authors' model offers deeper insight into the organizational change process by analyzing the change process at individual, group, and organizational levels.
