Indirect processes in criterion-related validity

Article Abstract:

Research examining connections between job behaviors and self-reported personality characteristics is presented. Particular attention is given to motivation based on correlations between cognitive ability, general concepts and personality attributes with a criterion.

Indirect Processes in Criterion-Related Validity

This paper examines four indirect processes affecting personality attributes and job behaviors. They were found to contribute to personality-behavior correlations over stated variations and a criterion.
