The problems related to variations can be addressed through parallel experimentations with isolation from selective pressure, cross-communication, comparison and assimilation of the results. Parallel experimentations could be beneficial for the global institutions like the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) but they prefer to ignore the concept of parallel experimentations.
