Procedural justice as a two-dimensional construct: an examination in the performance appraisal context

Article Abstract:

This article examines the construct of procedural justice, or the perceived fairness of organizational methods, in the context of performance appraisals. Findings indicate that aspects of procedural justice associated with the organizational system and aspects of procedural justice associated with employee characteristics are differentially related.

Leader-member exchange, differentiation, and task interdependence: implications for individual and group performance

Article Abstract:

A study examines the effects of leader-member exchange on individual and group performance in organizations. It is revealed that increase in leader-member differentiation improves employee performance.
