Reply to Iddo Landau

Article Abstract:

A reply to the article of Iddo Landau, named as "Sexual Harassment as 'Wrongful Communication', is provided. Landau feels that the article fails to establish any logical connection between Edmund's critique of Catharine MacKinnon's views and the critique of the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission's (EEOC's) definition of sexual harassment.

Sexual harassment and the 'repetition requirement'

Article Abstract:

Edmund Wall states that any act, even if intentional and cruel in nature, needs to be repeated to count as sexual harassment. Wall's definition is that the offending action has to be repeated and this 'repetition requirement' is highly problematic, as this allows too much leeway and renders permissible actions that should be outlawed.
