Spiritual intimacy in later life: implications for clinical practice

This article examines the link between spirituality and interpersonal relations among the elderly. The author, maintaining spiritually active people have more satisfying intimate relationships and are more resilient when facing life's challenges, argues clinical gerontologists must understand the significance of spirituality among the aged.
